Using the Thermostat
Switching system mode
Press the mode button to switch between all available system mode settings (Heat, Cool, Off or Auto). When the mode is “Off” the thermostat will not bring on your heating or cooling systems.
Holding one temperature
If you want to hold one temperature, adjust the set point using the up and down arrow buttons. The thermostat will hold this temperature.
Arrival Checklist
Our Condo is carefully inspected following each departure. If upon your arrival you find any irregularities or damage, please contact me immediately to ensure that your security deposit is not withheld upon your departure.
- Find the Electric Panel behind the door in the 2nd Bedroom and switch the Hot Water Heater Breaker to ON.
- Go into the Closet just inside the front door and turn the 2 Water Valves to the Open Position.
- Set the Heating or Air Conditioning to a comfortable temperature.
- Lower Arm of Ice Maker to turn it on.
- Please do not operate the air conditioning with the windows or doors open as this may cause the air conditioning unit to freeze and malfunction.
Departure Checklist
- Remove ALL Grocery Items and take all Trash to the Dumpsters on the 3rd parking lot tier. Trash removal fee is $50.00 enforced by cleaning company. Please don't forget to check the deck.
- Hand Wash pots and pans, Dry, and store. Run the Dish Washer on all other used dishes.
- If the dishwasher is not in use when you leave, please close the water value
- Please clean the barbecue grill and cover it after ensuring all valves are closed
- Strip all beds that were slept in and leave linens on top of beds
- Place all used towels in the bath tubs or showers
- Turn off all lights, fans, and electronics
- During periods of air conditioning use, set A/C to 75 degrees
- During periods of heating use, set Heat to 55 degrees
- Raise Arm of Ice Maker to turn it off
- Close and Lock all Doors and Windows
The Ledges Rules and Regulations
Owners are notified of rule violations at or associated with their condominium.
The Association charges a Minimum Fine of $100 plus all associated costs incurred by Security and Management for violations. Discharging fireworks, any noxious or offensive activity, loud and boisterous noises, or any other objectionable behavior can result in fines of $500 or more. The owners' association reserves the right to evict guests from the complex.
ALL FINES WILL BE CHARGED TO GUESTS
Quiet Hours
- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Please be considerate of your neighbors during this time.
- Quiet hours pertain to the entire complex including the Boat Docks, Decks and Parking areas. Escalating Fines are assessed for continued violations.
- If it becomes necessary for Law Enforcement to be dispatched, a minimum fine of $250 will be assessed.
